SPITALFIELDS HOME

The complete strip-out and remodelling of a 3 bedroom flat in the Grade II Listed Spitalfields Market Building. 

Planning and Listed Building permissions were obtained alongside Freeholder consent to make substantial alterations to the interior and exterior of the property. A long narrow corridor was removed to make way for larger, inter-connecting, open-plan spaces.

The clients' bold and playful tastes are expressed in each space through the finishes and fittings; with every room carefully considered to ensure a unique character is achieved whilst maintaining a consistent language throughout. 

Project completed while working at CDA.
