The re-planning and refurbishment of a Locally Listed period home in Ladywell, South London, for a young family.  

 

Major structural intervention was undertaken to create a spacious, light filled kitchen and dining space at the heart of the property; whilst reorganising the plan to introduce a master ensuite, hidden utility room, and children's bedroom wing.

Refined Edwardian details were reinstated, including wall panelling, mouldings, fireplace surrounds and parquet flooring; and further enhanced by a carefully considered colour scheme, modern fittings and minimalist furnishings.​
